For Special Power of Attorney, Wills and other notarial acts.

To obtain a power of attorney to be valid in Bolivia, the grantor has to personally come to the Bolivian Consulate with the following documents:

P-1  1. Drafting and notarization of power of attorney or revocation of power of attorney; Signing legalization held not granted by the consular post; Additional testimony. (Fee for each of the services listed, for Bolivian individuals)  $         50.00
2. Fotocopia legalizada del Poder o legalizar firma en la traducción de poder para persona boliviana   $         15.00
P-2  1. Drafting and notarization of power or revocation of power; Signing legalization held not granted by the consular post; Additional testimony. (Fee for each of the detailed services to foreign individuals)  $       120.00
2. Fotocopia legalizada del Poder o legalización de firma en la traducción de Poder para persona extranjera.  $         50.00
P-3 Drafting of Power of Attorney for any of the following procedures: REJAP (Criminal Records), travel authorizations for minors, SENASIR, AFPs (Does not include war veterans or widows of war veterans).  $         15.00
