POWER OF ATTORNEY
For Special Power of Attorney, Wills and other notarial acts.
To obtain a power of attorney to be valid in Bolivia, the grantor has to personally come to the Bolivian Consulate with the following documents:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Identity Card or Passports for foreign citizens.

FEES:
P-1 | 1. Drafting and notarization of power of attorney or revocation of power of attorney; Signing legalization held not granted by the consular post; Additional testimony. (Fee for each of the services listed, for Bolivian individuals) | $50.00 |
2. Fotocopia legalizada del Poder o legalizar firma en la traducción de poder para persona boliviana | $5.00 | |
P-2 | 1. Drafting and notarization of power or revocation of power; Signing legalization held not granted by the consular post; Additional testimony. (Fee for each of the detailed services to foreign individuals) | $20.00 |
2. Fotocopia legalizada del Poder o legalización de firma en la traducción de Poder para persona extranjera. | $50.00 | |
P-3 | Drafting of Power of Attorney for any of the following procedures: REJAP (Criminal Records), travel authorizations for minors, SENASIR, AFPs (Does not include war veterans or widows of war veterans). | $5.00 |
