RENEWALS OF IDENTITY CARD

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical Presence of the Applicant.
• Original and Updated BOLIVIAN Birth Certificate as of Management 2007.
• Previous Identity Card and / or Passport in original or photocopies.
• For the registration of Civil status (IF CORRESPONDING):
  • MARRIED (A). - Original updated BOLIVIAN marriage certificate.
  • DIVORCED (A) .- Original updated marriage certificate, with the registration of the cancellation of registration and / or copy of the divorce decree according to the case.
  • WIDOW (A) .- Original death certificate updated BOLIVIANO.
• For the profession registration (IF CORRESPONDING):
  • Academic Title of Middle or Superior Technician or Professional Title in original national provision and a simple copy for the corresponding press.
  • For the professional titles obtained abroad of the country BOLIVIA, you must present an original and a copy legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a simple photocopy.
